Recover your account.
- 1 Enter your username. If you forgot the username too, the account is unrecoverable — there is no support recovery path.
- 2 Enter the current 6-digit code from your authenticator. Same TOTP app you set up in Dashboard → Settings → Security. Without 2FA enrolled, there is no automated recovery.
- 3 Set a new password and sign in. All other sessions get revoked. Pending payouts are held for 72 hours after a recovery.
If that username exists and has Two-Factor Authentication enrolled, the password has been reset and all sessions revoked. Sign in below with your new password. Pending payouts are held for 72 hours.
Check the form — username must be 3–32 lowercase letters / digits / dashes / underscores, code must be 6 digits, password must be at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter and a digit.
